CORe opens mentoring scheme to new participants
Each One, Teach One was created last year to help address concerns around underrepresentation and a lack of support for ethnic minority researchers in the market research industry.
Mentees are matched with mentors who understand first-hand the challenges that the mentees face and sees the pair work together for six months on specific career goals.
The programme includes coaching, networking or providing advice, with mentors encouraged to share knowledge, advice, connections and resources with mentees where appropriate.
Anyone in the market research industry who is from a black, Asian or other minority ethnic background can sign up for the programme, with applications taken on an ongoing basis.
Applicants should complete an application form on the CORe website.
