AUSTRALIA – Sydney-headquartered survey research platform Conjointly and online sample business Cint have partnered on an approach that aims to improve data quality and reduce survey fraud.
Conjointly and Cint will connect using server-to-server integration, which they say will ‘streamline’ the process of distributing surveys and reduce fraudulent survey responses, known as ghost completes.
The partnership will see the companies handle respondent status updates through application programming interface (API) calls between servers.
They say this will ‘eliminate’ the risk of interference by keeping critical data flows ‘behind the scenes’.
