US— Clarabridge has teamed up with research software firm Confirmit to add survey capabilities to its text analytics platform – a move designed to allow firms to collect and analyse customer feedback through “a single integrated solution”.
Sid Banerjee, CEO of Clarabridge said: “As Clarabridge increasingly moves from departmental to enterprise-scale applications, our customers look to us to deploy a solution that enables all aspects of the customer experience management process, including the solicitation and capture of customer feedback.”
Clarabridge’s software mines call centre notes, blogs, forums and other social media platforms for information about what customers are saying about companies and brands, with each piece of feedback assigned a sentiment score that can be used for analysis purposes.
