US – Insights exchange Cint has created two new roles – chief operations officer and chief innovation officer – among other senior changes.

Richard Thornton, its deputy CEO, will now become chief operations officer. He will be responsible for all business operations and ensuring unified strategies across the regions. The new role means Thornton will move back to London having spent the past year in San Francisco.

Oscar Carlsson (pictured) has been made chief innovation officer and will relocate to San Francisco. Carlsson will help the company formalise and encourage ongoing innovation. He was previously global vice-president of product based in Sweden.

In addition, Cint’s two regional executive vice-presidents Greg Dunbar (EMEA) and James Rogers (APAC) join its management team, alongside Jake Wolff (Americas).
