Change Sciences launches website performance comparitor

The Change Sciences group claimed that the Experience Cloud fills in a gap in web metrics by making it possible to compare how a site performs relative to competitors and the best sites on the web for ease of use, engagement, and conversion.

Steve Ellis, a Change Sciences founder, said: “There is a real gap in web metrics that the Experience Cloud platform is designed to fill. Our data shows, for example, that the success rate for the average site is 34% worse than the top 5% of sites. Success rate is a key component of web usability.”
