Cello Health buys Defined Health

US – Cello Health has acquired New Jersey-based business development biotech life sciences firm Defined Health, for an undisclosed amount.

Established in 1983, Defined Health helps clients build portfolios with services focused on defining value for early stage compounds.

It will work closely with Cello Health Consulting in areas such as early asset development and commercialisation and market access.

Stephen Highley, chairman of Cello Health, said: “Defined Health has achieved a strong reputation by working closely with clients to build and strengthen biotech development-stage assets. Understanding the commercial opportunity and applicability of early stage assets is of fundamental importance to our clients.”
