BritainThinks makes key promotions

UK – Insight and research consultancy BritainThinks has promoted Anastasia Knox, Cordelia Hay and Lucy Bush to the role of research director.

Raphael Malek has been promoted to Associate Director.

Knox (pictured) joined BritainThinks three years ago from the health team at Ipsos Mori’s social research institute. Since joining BritainThinks, she has led projects for clients including NHS England, the BMA and Prostate Cancer UK.

Prior to joining BritainThinks three years ago, Hay worked at ComRes. She specialises in communications and reputation research, with expertise in the financial services, energy and public sectors.

Bush previously worked at Define and joined BritainThinks in 2014 where she now leads its work with vulnerable audiences and has managed research projects for Age UK, Cancer Research UK and the Home Office.

Malek started at the consultancy through the internship programme in 2012. He has worked with a diverse range of organisations across private, public and third sectors, including Ofgem, Abbott and Heritage Lottery Fund.
