UK — Insight consultancy BritainThinks has hired former Tesco director Katherine Edwards to the newly created role of director of stakeholder engagement.
At Tesco, Edwards (pictured) was most recently group commercial corporate affairs director but she had also held positions as group regulatory affairs director, property communications director, and headed EU & UK Government affairs. She also chaired the trade association for multinational retailers in Brussels (ERRT).
BritainThinks founding director Viki Cooke said: “Her expertise and experience in stakeholder engagement will help develop our strategic offer in this space alongside our insight work.”
This is the latest in a number of new appointments at the agency, three of which happened last month.
