UK— Strategic marketing group Blueview has acquired digital marketing agency Glass and lead generation firm Logicall Results – which also operates a telephone research service – for an undisclosed amount.
The management of both firms will stay in place and discussions are being held to decide whether Glass and Logicall keep their identities or are integrated into Blueview, a spokesman said.
As well as its multilingual qual and quant telephone research service, Logicall offers telemarketing, lead generation and event management services while Glass specialises in digital marketing and planning, email marketing and online advertising.
Graham Ede, who founded Blueview earlier this year, said: “We’re moving fast to make sure that our service capabilities are comprehensively 360-degree, both in terms of consultancy and delivery. The acquisition of Glass and Logicall Results are important contributors to that range of capabilities.”
He said the firm is in the process of looking at other possible acquisitions and joint ventures.
