Based in Toronto, it will be led by principle advisor, Sasha Tregebov (pictured), who becomes head of BIT Canada.

Tregebov joined BIT in 2017 and has been working in its New York City office, focusing on social impact projects with Canadian partners. Before BIT, he was a manager at Deloitte and began his career as a policy advisor with the Government of Ontario.

One of the projects BIT is currently involved in is working with the McConnell Foundation’s WellAhead initiative to increase workplace wellbeing.

It is currently recruiting for a senior advisor and an advisor.

“There is so much opportunity for applying behavioural science and evaluation to the pressing challenges faced by Canadians and the organisations that serve their needs. In leading our new Canadian office, I hope to bring BIT’s global experience and expertise to bear on priorities from public health, to environmental sustainability, to education, and everything in-between,” said Tregebov in a blog
