B2B International targets consumer work with Deep See launch

UK— Business-to-business research specialist B2B International is branching out into consumer work with the launch of a London-based agency called Deep See.

Research manager Matt Powell is heading up the venture. He’s been with B2B for almost eight years, working with clients including Autoglym, Co-operative Bank, Gillette, Intel and Microsoft.

Powell reckons the company’s business research heritage has plenty different to bring to consumer research. “We already have a deep understanding of the whole supply chain and the issues that affect every area of a company, allowing us to analyse things in a way other research agencies wouldn’t think of doing,” he says.

Services on offer include customer journey mapping, social media research, website benchmarking and customer segmentation.

Deep See launches officially in early April.

Interesting. We look forward to seeing them at work. Maybe there will be some demos or packages with these services.
