UK – Norwegian-based fieldwork company Norstat has hired Survey Sampling’s Rosie Ayoub as managing director of Norstat UK.
Ayoub (pictured) was previously client development manager at Survey Sampling and other companies she’s worked at in the past 10 years include various fieldwork agencies such as Ciao Surveys, Toluna, Kudos and Harris Interactive.
Its previous UK managing director, Matt Reynolds, left last summer to start a new research consultancy, Vitreous World.
Remek Gabrys has also joined the London office as business development manager. He was most recently client development manager at Research Now. Before that, Gabrys worked at GlobalData and also spent time in Beijing, China at Euro-Center and Sodexo.
Ayoub said: "Norstat is on an amazing journey, expanding its footprint beyond the Nordic and Baltic panels it is known for; into Europe where the panels are growing day by day. I’m so excited to be a picking up the mantle, leading the London team and working to continue the phenomenal growth Norstat UK has seen in the past three years."
Erling Eriksen, COO of Norstat Group, added: "After a long and thorough process with a lot of high profile candidates it was a great pleasure to finally land on Rosie as our new managing director for the UK. Rosie has a lot of relevant experience and has succeeded in all former roles and positions. We are finally ready to start working to fulfil our ambitions in the biggest market in Europe."
