Effective Media & Marketing’s portfolio includes cashback and activation platform Scoupy, chatbot business Chatback Company and supermarket comparison app Hiiper.

Ask-Opinions will combine shopper and purchase data from Effective Media & Marketing’s Scoupy with online panel research. The panel is primarily aimed at FMCG retailers, manufacturers and brands.

Arjen van Duijvenbode has joined the panel agency as managing partner. He was previously sales director, data and insight, at DPG Media.

The ASK-Opinions panel will use chatbot technology from Chatback Company.

Valentijn Bras, chief executive, Effective Media & Marketing, said: "We can match unique shopper and purchase data with survey data. Scoupy’s data-lake and userbase is linked to tools and technology within Hiiper and the rest of EMM."
