UK — Shopping centre owner intu has appointed eDigitalResearch to run an ‘in the moment’ voice of the customer programme.
Called ‘Tell intu’, the programme invites intu’s 30 million shoppers to share their views and opinions from when they arrive at an intu centre until they leave – with feedback touching on all aspects of the shopping centre experience: from car parking and toilets, to overall look and feel.
The survey can be accessed and completed via intu’s shopping centre wi-fi networks, with results fed through to the company’s national customer experience team, as well as centre staff.
