JAPAN— Panel firms AIP and M3 have formed an alliance to jointly develop panels of healthcare professionals in southeast Asia.
M3 already operates panels of doctors and other healthcare providers in the USA, China and South Korea, as well as in Europe thanks to the recent acquisitions of Doctors.net.uk and EMS Research by its US arm.
AIP, meanwhile, has panels of patients covering more than 45 countries. Each firm has agreed to market the other’s services to their own clients while also collaborating on the creation of new panels.
The agreement sees M3 take a 17% stake in AIP. Pictured is AIP representative director Hidefumi Watanabe.
