After Ipsos deal, Realeyes bags another win
The company was one of 12 data start-ups that were invited to pitch in front of the I-COM audience, as well as a panel of judges.
It won both the live audience vote before going on to be crowned official winners by the judging panel at an awards ceremony at the Royal Palace in Seville, Spain.
Realeyes measures people’s emotional response to media content via standard webcams. Earlier this week, Ipsos named the company as its global provider of facial coding and body gesture measurement for ad and communications evaluations.
Mihkel Jäätma, Realeyes CEO, said: “The industry is obsessed with automation, numbers and targeting whilst the creative quality is often overlooked. Yes, programmatic allows hitting the right people at the right time but if the ad itself is poor its wasted money and damaging to the brand. Emotion analytics, which offers the scale and speed of programmatic media, avoids this, improving the quality and distribution of your creative.”
