US— MR and consulting agency ACG Research has acquired Network Strategy Partners, a b2b analyst and management consultancy.
NSP co-founder and managing partner Michael Kennedy will now lead ACG’s business case modelling division, and the firm said that the addition of NSP’s team of consultants would help extend its work with business service providers.
Before setting up Network Service Providers Kennedy had spells as director of consulting at Strategic Networks and vice president of Gartner’s Strategies in Telecommunications Services division.
ACG managing partner Ray Mota (pictured) said: “We are extremely excited about the acquisition and having Michael Kennedy on our team. The future of sales to service providers will be driven by aligning all features and benefits to an economic value. Vendors that align their product mix with economic value will succeed. And with Michael leading our business case analysis consulting services, ACG will be on the cutting edge in providing the services to service providers and vendors that help them determine their economic value.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
