Academie du Service opens in UK
Bonniol is partner and joint founder of Academie du Service which specialises in service culture and customer relations and conducts research through its Service Lab Foundation. It was founded in 2004.
As part of the UK office opening, it has released a white paper on service culture, employee engagement and customer satisfaction ‘The UK and Services: the service boost to the bottom line'.
Bonniol said: “We are delighted to be opening up in London. As we work for many of France’s largest companies, we have always had a very international approach to our clients, but believe that we have a lot to offer by being present in the UK market where there are very specific cultural issues in relation to customer services.”
