AArete buys Third I
As part of the deal, the Third I brand will be folded into Chicago-based AArete and the two organisations will be integrated.
Headquartered in Washington D.C. with offices in India, Third I will work with AArete’s client service teams to offer technology consulting, data insights and analytics.
Loren Trimble, chief executive and managing director of AArete, said: "This union propels our firm into the future by expanding our service capabilities and global presence."
Bhrugu Pange, chief executive of Third I added: "Third I’s technology expertise and global delivery model will empower AArete client service teams to transform programs and reimagine digital solutions our clients need to compete in the future."
