UAE – Market insights business 4Sight has appointed Krishna K Patnaik as chief executive officer for Africa as the company looks to expand into the region.
Patnaik (pictured) was most recently Philip Morris International (PMI)’s head of consumer insights for the Sub Saharan Africa region, where he launched a Knowledge Center initiative to assimilate, analyse and transmit strategy documents to research stakeholders.
At 4Sight, Patnaik will lead and implement the company’s aim to expand into Africa.
Anand Nigam, managing director at 4Sight Research & Analytics, said: “Africa is an important market for many of our clients who are looking for a reliable insights partner with good understanding of cultural and geographical diversity. [Patnaik's] experience in successfully managing several projects across different countries in Africa will be of immense value in addressing this need of our clients.”
Founded in 2009, 4Sight has offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, covering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
