Differentology hires James as insight director
James joins the company from media research agency Other Lines of Enquiry where he was research director and differentology said his background of combining credible market research practices with innovative solutions would help to ensure the company grew in a “new and exciting direction”.
“Most research agencies communicate their findings through standard bar charts. It’s not always the most effective and inspiring method of communication, especially for an audience that doesn’t automatically ‘get’ market research. We use more creative forms of communication to increase the understanding of stakeholders, and help them move towards positive change,” said James.
