US & UK – E-commerce business Bloomreach has acquired customer data company Exponea for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2015, London-based Exponea offers a data and experience platform that analyses customer data and offers marketing automation.
The acquisition will allow Bloomreach to combine its e-commerce search and content services with Exponea’s platform.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Bloomreach also announced that it has secured $150m in funding from investment firm Sixth Street Growth.

Headquartered in Mountain View, California, Bloomreach’s digital experience platform is used by B2B and B2C commerce businesses.
