UK — Infocorp have been awarded a one year contract to manage online surveys for national tourism agency, VisitBritain.
The contract is consolidating three separate survey suppliers into a single one that it can use across the business.
Between 80 and 100 surveys will be carried out over the course of the year among overseas visitors. A key requirement of the contract was to translate a survey into multiple languages while retaining it as one survey as well as managing a fluctuating workload.
