AUSTRALIA — Brisbane Airport has found a new home for interactive customer feedback terminals – it has installed the devices in its toilets, to allow people to rate the facilities.
The feedback systems, deployed by the Dr. Voxx company, capture customer feedback from passengers via touch-screens installed in toilet facilities across both its domestic and international terminals.
“Customers love engaging in this way,” said Krishan Tangri, general manager assets at Brisbane Airport Corporation.
- Meanwhile, three years ago in New Zealand, a company called Texsys had a plan to recruit respondents by placing adverts in portable toilets.
