US – Data, research and marketing company Data Decisions Group has acquired predictive marketing tech startup Reach Analytics.
Founded in 2013, Redwood City-based Reach Analytics is a cloud-based predictive marketing platform that offers consumer targeting and profiling.
Following the acquisition, Data Decisions Group clients will be able to combine primary market research with database marketing. The company focuses on data, research and predictive marketing for the life and healthcare insurance sectors.
Steve Lerner, chairman at Data Decisions Group, said the deal would allow the company to "organise primary market research with data aggregation and analytics using today’s marketing stack".
