US – Survey software company SurveyGizmo has launched a Net Promoter Score (NPS) tool.
Companies can use the tool to collect and manage customer feedback and integrate it with the systems they use.
It also includes pre-configured NPS survey questions, executive and operational reports and best-practice case management processes.
Ryan Tamminga, vice-president of customer success at SurveyGizmo, said: “In addition to facilitating immediate feedback, the Activated NPS Solution delivers trending data to drive transformation and improve the experience for customers.”
