UK – Predictive dialling company Invade and market research software business QPSMR have partnered to combine their CATI and dialling systems.
The partnership will integrate QPSMR’s computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) with Invade’s predictive dialling technology, which is used to automatically dial numbers and connect interviewers for telephone-based research.
Mark Baker, general manager at Invade, said: “This integration opens up a number of new opportunities and continues the journey Invade is on with its partners to enhance the solutions we can offer.”
