INDIA — Smartphone software developer Eki Communications has launched a digital market research ‘self-service’ tool.
Aimed at market researchers, media companies, education institutions and brands Survelytics enables researchers to capture ‘in-the-moment’ response from target consumers through mobile devices which can be captured online as well as offline and uploaded in the cloud.
In addition, researchers can create mobile surveys as well as online surveys using the same tool.
CEO of Eki Communications Mandar Vaidya said: “Mobile research now allows for convenient, fun filled and real-time feedback from the participants. It also provides better engagement, quicker response and sharper 360 degree insights compared to the traditional ways of doing surveys.”
