SINGAPORE — Digital research agency Pulse Group has picked Over the Shoulder’s smartphone-based consumer insight platform for its 3m consumer panelists across 17 Asia-Pacific markets.
As a result, brands will be able to commission smartphone-based shopper insights studies, smartphone ethnography projects, product usage tests and other mobile-based methodologies to examine their consumer base.
