PageLever adds real time analytics to Facebook platform tools

Data analytics North America

US — Facebook analytics platform PageLever has introduced real time analytics capabilities in its latest update to the PageLever Now offering.

The company says the that the real-time insights offering will enable marketers to pinpoint the exact time when fans are engaging with their page’s posts, using a graph that can trace fan activity over the last 48 hours.

It claims that the enhanced PageLever Now should help page managers decide when to publish their page posts and optimise engagement. It will also allow page manaagers to see the time frame in which a post remains relevant and help prevent them from overflowing fans’ News Feeds with too many posts.

In addition to page insights, PageLever has added new features to its dashboard, making it easier for those who manage more than one page via an integrated sidebar listing allowing multiple page management.

Jeff Widman, co-founder of PageLever, said: “We’ve got a reputation as the premier tool for analytics about your Facebook page, but as we talked with customers, they kept pushing us to go one step further — they wanted a single tool that combined analytics with page management so they could immediately act on the data.

“Our goal with PageLever Now was to create a tool for social marketers that puts everything at their fingertips — publish posts, respond to fan comments, real-time analytics for making data-driven decisions.”

Last month, Facebook promised to make better global benchmarking information available in the coming months, as part of a push to help global brands unify their social media presence through a single page.
