UK— Energy provider npower has hired customer experience analytics firm ForeSee to analyse and measure the experience of customers using its website and mobile apps.
Tony Summers, product manager of internet and emerging technologies at npower, said: “The company recognises the importance of the mobile channel in serving our customers.
