US— InContext Solutions has struck up a partnership with IMI Merchandising to road test in-store marketing programmes within InContext’s virtual shopping software.
The software produces web-based 3D representations of retail environments that research participants can explore, allowing concepts to be trialled and tweaked ahead of a live roll-out.
IMI’s senior vice president of strategic marketing Larry Wolfson said the virtual shopping platform would be offered through IMI’s InVision Retail Science Lab.
