CANADA— iPerceptions, a maker of tools for measuring online customer satisfaction and experience, has seen a 9% year-on-year rise in second quarter revenue.
Sales for the three months ending 30 June 2011 were C$1.37m, and the firm cut its operating loss for the quarter by 45% to C$225,000.
Its first quarter revenue figure was C$1.23m, up 3%, while annual revenue last year was up 5% to C$5.1m.
The company is headed by CEO Claude Guay (pictured).
