US— Fieldwork agency Opinionology, formerly Western Wats, has launched a service that allows clients to conduct online surveys with their own customers.
The new Real Customers tool builds custom panels for users by matching respondents from existing online samples with a client’s internal customer list. Answers to Opinionology’s profiling questions is then paired with information in a company’s database to provide a “detailed understanding” of each customer.
Opinionology president Jeff Welch said: “We’re excited about the Real Customers programme. It provides our clients with a simple solution to conduct survey research with their customers, while reducing the hassle and expense of managing their customer panel.”
