US— Professional services firm ICF International has won a five-year contract worth up to $5m with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to conduct surveys assessing the performance of disaster recovery programmes.
ICF will develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys to support FEMA’s Public Assistance Program.
Christopher Spera, vice president of ICF, said: “Supporting federal agencies through emergency management and applied survey research are among ICF’s core competencies.”
