InnovateMR hires three

US – Sampling and research technology company InnovateMR has expanded its US team with three new members of staff, including Chris Kosar as director, client development.

Kosar (pictured) will support the US team’s client development initiatives and was most recently lead business development executive at both the Advertising Research Foundation and GreenBook.

In addition, Kosar has led his own consulting firm for four years focused on helping research start-ups grow their business.

Kristen Vance has also joined InnovateMR as senior programmer, and has more than 12 years of experience in survey programming and project management, most recently leading programming teams at Luce Research.

Veeraj Keshwala has been appointed as manager, client development, having joined from Dynata with almost a decade of experience in sales and business development.

Keshwala will work alongside Kosar in client development.

Bryant Leech, vice-president of agile insights and platform solutions at InnovateMR, said: “Chris brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of senior positions within the market research industry. We are excited to collaborate.”

Joe DiGregorio, senior director of programming at InnovateMR, said: “Adding Kristen’s expertise and tenure to the InnovateMR team is going to be a huge value add for our full-service offerings.

“She will be able to provide direction in our future growth and expand our programming and hosting capabilities.”

Josh Mankiewicz, associate vice-president of client development at InnovateMR, said: “Veeraj has years of experience in guiding clients through the research journey and is well equipped to offer the same high-touch service to clients here at InnovateMR.”
