Logica Research expands team

US – San Francisco-based custom market research firm Logica Research has expanded with two hires and a promotion, with Carole Herpin becoming vice-president, client success.

Herpin (pictured) was previously research director at Logica and has worked for the company since 2019.

Prior to joining Logica, Herpin mainly worked in the UK, such as at FWD Research in London, and has also been European representative of Decision Analyst in Cambridge, worked on online communities at Join the Dots in Manchester and worked on financial services projects at GfK.

Denise Squicciarini has been hired as research director at Logica, having most recently been research director group head for financial services clients with online communities at Fuel Cycle.

Squicciarini has also held senior level roles with Tapestry Research, Maru/Matchbox, Vision Critical, the NPD Group and Newman-Stein.

Kerol Guaqueta has joined Logica as research manager, having previously worked at J.D. Power for the majority of her career, working on large customer satisfaction programmes.

Logica Research is based in San Francisco, US, and provides insights for financial services companies, fintech companies and technology businesses on product development, service enhancements and communications.
