US – Customer experience company Strativity Group, which was acquired by LRW Group in 2018, has appointed Elizabeth Real as president.
Real will lead the company’s strategy and operations, as well as expanding its reach across the client portfolio across LRW Group more widely.
Strativity founder Lior Arussy, the previous president, will remain an advisor to the business.
Real’s background in innovation and consulting includes over 11 years at innovation and strategy company ?What If!, firstly as managing director and later as chief executive. She joins Strativity from RealLuv Inc, where she was chief executive.
Dave Sackman, group chairman and chief executive, LRW Group, said: “[Real’s] deep experience in customer-centred innovation and her track record in driving growth will be great additions to Strativity, LRW Group, and our collective clients.”
