US – Media measurement company Comscore board member Paul Reilly has resigned.
In an email to the board chairman dated 12th August, Reilly, chair of the audit committee and a member of the board’s compensation committee, said he was resigning with immediate effect.
He added: "I do not believe the company’s go forward operating strategy, in general, is progressing fast enough and specifically in innovation and product development."
The news was shared in a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing dated 14th August.
Reilly was appointed to the board in September 2017. He was previously executive vice-president of Arrow Electronics until he retired in early 2017.
On 6th August, Comscore reported a decline in revenue in its second-quarter results, with chief executive Dale Fuller saying the company was conducting a “comprehensive strategic review” of all options.
