2017 Research Live awards judges revealed

UK – The final line-up of judges for this year’s Research Live awards has been announced.

The winners of the awards will be announced at the Market Research Society Awards dinner to be held in London on December 4. The categories are: Best Agency with a turnover of more than £20m; Best Agency with a turnover of less than £20m; Best New Agency; Best Innovation; Best Place to Work; Best In-house Team; Business Impact of the Year and Young Researcher of the Year.

The main judging panel consists of:

  • James Holden, director of marketing and audiences, BBC News
  • Mike Taylor, group head of insights, Vodafone
  • Claire Clutterbuck, head of insight, Royal Academy
  • Jake Steadman, research director international, Twitter
  • Rhea Fox, EU research director, eBay
  • Ross Antrobus, head of research and insight, The Football Association
  • Katherine Feres, head of market data and insight, Betfair Paddy Power
  • Louise Vinter, consumer insight director, Penguin Random House
  • Jane Bainbridge, editor, Research Live and Impact (chair).

Steadman and Bainbridge will also sit on the separate judging panel for the Innovation award, which is judged in a Dragons’ Den-style pitch presentation. The other innovation award judges are Tuhin Ranjan, head of research (AV) Europe, Amazon and Jessica Salmon, head of insight, Telefonica.
