Behavioural science News UK

UK – Online market research platform Research Engine has launched Emotion Video Test, a new video testing product.

Emotion Video Test is intended to be used to gain insight into the subconscious reaction of viewers to creative video. It relies on software linked to the cameras on digital devices.

The outputs include an emotional profile, an activation score, a valence score, an engagement score and a satisfaction score.

“Companies now have a tool to understand the viewer’s subconscious response so that they can fine tune their creative video to be most engaging & effective,” said Research Engine director Mike Heisig.
