UK — Advertising agency System1 Agency has hired Mark Johnson, former European MD of sister agency BrainJuicer, to lead its European business.
System1 Agency was founded by BrainJuicer’s John Kearon and former Nike marketing director Rod Connors a year ago. Johnson (pictured) has been brought on board to drive the next phase of the company’s expansion plans.
“We are delighted with the success of System1 Agency’s first year," said Connors.
"Having Mark join us after what he’s accomplished at BrainJuicer is exactly what the agency needs to take us into this next phase of our growth. Following Mark, our next strategic hire will be in the US.”
