UK — GfK has launched a Market Opportunity and Innovation (MOI) team in the UK, headed by Richard Matthews.
Matthews has been promoted to head of UK MOI from director of insight. He and his team are tasked with helping clients develop and realise future strategies using predictive analytics tools.
“Innovation is one of the hot topics of the moment but so often the so-called blue sky ideas never make it to market due to a lack of in-depth understanding of both consumer needs and market dynamics,” said Matthews.
