SurveyMonkey, whose DIY online survey tool is used by millions, has joined the likes of Google and Facebook in the elite cohort of companies whose names have become verbs.
Robert Bain spoke to SurveyMonkey’s CEO, Dave Goldberg, about the opportunities and pitfalls of DIY research, the firm’s European expansion, and the growth of DIY telephone surveys.
