Invoke Solutions raises $1.75m

US— Online and mobile research technology supplier Invoke Solutions has completed a $1.75m mixed-securities offering, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The firm, which is headed by Basil Bennett previously raised $7m from its private equity backers to further develop its range of tools. Its investors include Bain Capital, BRM Capital and North Atlantic Capital.
In July this year Invoke unveiled its latest offering, Groketeer, which allows users to create graphs and insight from raw DIY survey results.
Invoke lists the likes of Millward Brown, Microsoft, Nestle and C&R Research as clients.
