UK— Margit Huber has spent the past two years running TNS’s global stakeholder management practice, advising clients on issues such as how to improve employee commitment. Now she gets to act on her own advice as the research agency’s new global HR, talent management and culture director.
Huber will be based in London and report to global CEO Pedro Ros. She will take a seat on the company’s global executive committee.
Ros said: “With Margit’s appointment, I am confident we will be able to support the changing needs of our clients in the way that we develop our talent and by creating an inspirational culture for everyone in TNS.”
Huber has been with TNS for 10 years, having previously worked for managing training company Management Circle.
Since January 2008 she has been global head of stakeholder management research, and her company bio credits her with being key to the development of TNS’s flagship stakeholder management solution, TRI*M. She was previously based in Munich, Germany.
