Financials North America

US— ComScore revenue climbed 18% to $62.3m in the first quarter, the digital media measurement firm announced late yesterday.

Operating income was $1.07m, compared with a loss of $2.57m a year ago, but net loss increased to $471,000 from $334,000 a year ago.

CEO Magid Abraham said the company’s products had made significant strides in the three months to 31 March, pointing to the recent win of the UK Online Measurement Company contract and the host of advertisers that have signed up to the Validated Campaign Essentials service.
