Synovate senior management restructure in the UK

Synovate, the market research arm of the Aegis Group, is bringing together its four UK research companies to form one organisation.

A team drawn from the existing senior management will now lead TRBI, ViewsCast, and Synovate's research divisions in London and Kent. Michelle Norman who has been appointed as managing director will lead the group. Neil Swan will be responsible for innovation and strategic development, Steve Hales, will head up the research and project teams, and Laurence Curtis, will take charge of resource strategy and operational support.

The new business will encompass all of company's research activities in the UK, with the exception of Synovate Healthcare, which is part of a separate structure.
