SurveyGizmo gets investment to boost staff

RegOnline founder invests in survey software firm

US-- Online survey software maker SurveyGizmo has secured investment to increase its staff and expand its customer base.

The investment comes from Bill Flagg, president and former co-owner of RegOnline, which provides an online event registration facility.

SurveyGizmo has not disclosed the sum of the investment, but partner Derek Scruggs said: “It's not venture capital level money. This firm is already profitable and growing, so it's not a case of getting something out the door, it's a case of getting more of it out the door.”

Flagg said the investment gives SurveyGizmo great potential. “SurveyGizmo reminds me of the place in its industry and growth curve that RegOnline was just before we began to really explode,” he said.

Clients of the Colorado-based firm include Apple, and CMP.
