Oscar role for OTX man

US-- The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited Kevin Goetz of research agency Online Testing Exchange (OTX) to become a member in its 2008 invitation list.
Goetz, president of the worldwide motion picture group at OTX, was one of 105 people including actors Sacha Baron Cohen, Jet Li and Ray Winstone to be invited to become members and vote for future Academy Award winners.
At OTX, Goetz's division is responsible for film advertising testing, screenings, focus groups and domestic and international box office tracking. The firm claims that the worldwide motion picture group tests a “majority of movies released in Hollywood by nearly every major and independent studio in the industry”.
Academy president Sid Ganis said people on the 2008 invitation list “exemplify the high standards of the Academy”.
